Kadir Sığınmış was born in 1971. After completing his bachelor’s degree from Yıldız Technical University Engineering Faculty in 1993, he started his professional career at Tofaş Oto Ticaret A.Ş. in the same year. He took an active role in Tofas Motor Sports for two seasons. In 1999, he joined to DCS Fiat Dealership System Integration Project Team at Tofas Oto IT Department. In 2005, he took up the position as the Manager of IT Department that provides hardware and software support to group companies of Hexagon Consulting. Sığınmış was appointed to his current position of IT Director at HEAT, established in 2012. Sığınmış Sabancı University Information Technology also has a master's degree.
